  • As part of its client retention and new business strategy, Funds Direct wanted to offer an unrivalled service that produced and delivered flexible end-client branded reports, automatically delivered after validation or on client demand from a secure portal
  • Cadis was selected as it wasn’t dependent on IT to deliver the reports once data had been configured and no other service provider could enable end clients to amalgamate their own data & subsequently create new reports for their clients
  • The single phase implementation took 10 days and included in-house staff training so they could independently develop new reports
