Project Philosophy

Business Driven

We understand that clients require practical solutions to their business problems. We are experienced in dealing with pieces of work that are driven by regulatory change or other business imperatives where deadlines cannot slip and budgets are tight.

Much of our experience has been gained in carrying out work to budget or deadlines that many other companies have deemed 'impossible'.

Time Constraints

Use of our component software, especially when combined with our implementation methods and experience, will drastically reduce both development time and the total time to implementation.

We are happy to work in support of business users or internal IT resources to produce the results our clients need.

Product Implementation

New product implementations must be integrated into existing or new architectures.
Issues around data provision and maintenance can massively increase the costs of any product implementation.

Cadis' components can be used to clean and maintain corporate data, without the need to throw away existing data stores that represent significant investment.

Using this approach, and utilising years of knowledge and experience, our staff have been responsible for some of the fastest product implementations in the City.

Targeted Spend

Our product suite is not a 'one size fits all' solution, where customers have to pay for an integrated product when their requirement would be met by only 20% of that product.

Our component software facilitates the creation of an extensible architecture without requiring high initial spend. This provides a solution that fits within the constraints of market conditions and available budget, while still enabling future enhancement.

Risk and Reward

We are confident in our ability to provide the most cost effective solutions available in the City today, and are prepared to back it with a commitment to share financial risk with our clients. We have worked flexibly with a number of clients to structure contracts and payment terms that are geared to successful delivery and the quality of solution provided.
